Neighborhood Small Grants
One round of grants, make the awards in May, start advertising the program in January.
Keep the application open to everyone
Limit projects to those that can be visible to the public/outside in public space
Projects on private property need site control before they are eligible
Require a detailed budget for award, with quotes/evidence
Keep the $5000 per neighborhood guarantee
Applicants have to recuse themselves from the discussion of their applications
Require a final report, and install a plaque, and invite someone from the SWP to an unveiling. Will schedule photos with previous awardees in spring.

December meeting canceled, next meeting and elections will be in January.
