CDBG Grant Funding
The Committee discussed requirements for the CDBG Spruce Grant Funding. The Committee decided to prioritize projects that touched multiple neighborhoods, leveraged other investment, were in neighborhoods that didn’t receive much funding, and were planned by a neighborhood association.
Elizabeth will write up a rubric and an application and send them via email to the Committee for comment before releasing publicly.
We are looking at an early November due date.
