Announcements:
Laura talked about the article of the Baltimore Sun in respect to the restaurant Old Major regarding over enforcement. Committee members made comments and provided suggestions regarding this topic and how to support some of these businesses. Chris 4MyCity provided more insights regarding this topic and so did other members. We have to work together and join hands moving forward. We also have to hold the community associations accountable. We should be supporting the businesses that are in our neighborhoods. Some members observed that this is a community problem that requires a community solution. Bringing in and using the services of a professional mediator was also suggested. Forming a task force to deal with some of these issues was suggested as a starting point.
