    • Security Deposits 
      1. Security Deposit Assistance program is open for applications The Security Deposit Assistance program officially opened on October 8th. Low-income Baltimore City residents who have been financially impacted due to COVID-19 can apply for up to $2000 in security deposit assistance to help move into a new home. A social security number is not required and self-certification of cash income is accepted. Applicants must have already identified a licensed property they would like to rent and submit the landlord’s contact information. Payments are made directly to the landlord.
