    • Baltimore Streetscaping Walkthrough – Friday, September 25th 1-3pm
  • Facade
    • 1514-1516 W Baltimore Street – 1st floor facade is completed; next is window restoration
    • 1515 W Baltimore St – facade stabilization project is completed
    • New facade approved for 129-131 S. Schroeder St (The Back Yard)

  • Design for Designing – Hollins Market & Pigtown MS
    • Frieda gave update for Pigtown
    • Keith and Jane gave update for Hollins Market parking lot

New Business

  • Hollins Market Reopening – Jane
    • Sept 21st soft opening for returning vendors
    • Sept 25th wine and cheese bar opens
    • October 1st grand opening ribbon cutting
    • October 3rd party for neighborhood
    • Market hours 8am-6pm Monday-Saturday; Wine & Cheese bar 7 days a week 10pm
      • Request to Market to consider at least one long day
  • Elections at next Commercial Committee Meeting (October)
