Bike Rodeo
Scheduled for April 2nd 2-4pm at the BioPark parking, planning meetings every other Tuesday at 4pm. Looking for volunteers at the event, as well as help with outreach to get kids at the event.

Working on the remaining gates where the applications are in hand and the lease with the City has been signed

Finally got diagonal parking stripes on Hollins and Carrolton
Hollins Roundhouse clean up weekend last Saturday, two days later fifty needles were in the area that Howard had cleaned up
Committee discussed issues with needle litter in the community
Bif suggested having needle exchange at the BioPark parking garage. Laura suggested having the site be some where closer to where use is happening. There is an agreement to have a stable site with a permanent safe disposal mechanism
Mount Clare is focusing on dealing with the immediate neighborhood trauma and then are going to work with the neighbors to identify a potential purpose for the site of the fire tragedy

Poe Homes Update: project is progressing, waiting for permit location to demolish 901-903 W Mulberry St. hopefully demolition will begin in the next 2 or 3 weeks. Homeownership repairs are ongoing through Rebuilding Together. Hollins Market tenant buildouts are ongoing. Committee discussed the action activity funds through HUD and Hollins Market
James McHenry Rec Center starting a basketball program Tuesday and Thursday 5-7pm for kids from 6-14, CEC programming from 3-5pm
