Approval of July Minutes – put up to vote and approved unanimously
Presentation: Public Markets – Hollins Market Update
- Presentation by Dave O’Donnell from public markets
- September 1st re-opening
- Offering all tenants to do delivery in the works
- Hours for the Market? Need to ask Stacey – at least back to the original hours, potentially extend

- West Baltimore St
- Lord Baltimore Charrette Update
- Social distancing incorporated virtual elements that would still be relevant after the pandemic
- Not much interaction of the building with external environment, especially on northside (Fairmount)
- Discussion over sloped theater floor or leveled floor for more flexible/multi-use space
- Facade
- The BackYard was awarded $15,000 from SWP for 129-131 S Schroeder St.; additional $7,500 matched by Baltimore Development Corporation.
