- First house for Aging in Place with RBT has been approved in Town&Terrace
- Grant for exterior improvements for at least 10 homes
- Applied for a demolition permit for Poe homes, disparture from original plan
- Orginally was going to demolite in phases, temp relocate homeowners
- Issues with water pressure and natural gas has created life threatening safety concerns
- Now plan to demolition all of Poe homes at one time, changes relocation plan
- Working with @270 occupied units on relocation plan
- Wants to submit application by March, decision probably comes 4th quarter 2022, then submit relocation plan to HUD, that process takes 1 – 1 ½ years to complete, looking at end of 2024 for relocation to take place, demolition in 2025
