Approval of July Minutes – put up to vote and approved unanimously


Presentation: Public Markets – Hollins Market Update

  • Presentation by Dave O’Donnell from public markets
  • September 1st re-opening
  • Offering all tenants to do delivery in the works
  • Hours for the Market? Need to ask Stacey – at least back to the original hours, potentially extend
  • How does someone become a vendor? Baltimore Public Markets – reach out to Stacey Pack:


Subcommittee Updates

  • West Baltimore St
    • Lord Baltimore Charrette Update
    • Social distancing incorporated virtual elements that would still be relevant after the pandemic
    • Not much interaction of the building with external environment, especially on northside (Fairmount)
    • Discussion over sloped theater floor or leveled floor for more flexible/multi-use space
  • Facade
    • The BackYard was awarded $15,000 from SWP for 129-131 S Schroeder St.; additional $7,500 matched by Baltimore Development Corporation.
