New Business

Adjourn Scott 2nd by JR

Action items were:

  1.    Ask Commissioner and Mayor to consider consolidating all SWP communities into the southern district so that we are all served by the same unit.
  2.    Submit a grant as each neighborhood for cameras (Bif and Thomas) have the specifics on the grant.
  3.    Make sure the security guard stays in Hollins Market. We have received new reports that the guard was not there and also that he was back but that his contract runs out the end of the month. We need to know clearly and make sure he stays.
  4.    Push the city to take action on the 1100 Block of West Baltimore Street – dilapidated buildings should be demolished.
  5.    Send a letter to the City requesting a lighting survey of the entire partnership area.
