  • Website 
    • Dedicated page to storytelling will be live on new website by end of year
    • Will be bare bones until Marketing Manager is hired, focused now on content
  • Social Media
    • Committee must put together post (pictures, text, link, layout, etc.) and submit to staff 
    • February – interview Mrs. Johns on her grandmother, info from Smithsonian book on Arabbers
    • Start making social media calendar next meeting
  • Volunteer need for graphics on website and to curate social media 
    • Jane M. can help with content
    • Can we get a Youth Intern to create the social media posts?

    • Phase I complete

      • DHCD & MHT would like SWP to continue with this project
      • Next step is repointing the entire building
        • Apply for DHCD grant in 2022 for funding in 2023
      • Short term shore up some spots were the disintegration is significant
