  •  Approval of Previous Meeting Minutes (Scott)
      1. Motion to approve minutes from April (Abigail), Molly 2nd: Abigail abstained, All others approve 
      2. Motion to approve minutes from May (Abigail), Kurt 2nd: All approve 
  • Governance Updates (Rebecca not here yet – Bill presented)
      1. Survey results: Aiming to use this to inform changes to the bylaws and policy for the future with an eye towards sustainability in the future. Waiting for 9 more responses. Will resend the link please respond. We will close it after one week and move forward with what we have.
      2. Orientation: Aiming for annually – Probably early November depending on the schedule of committee and board elections.
        1. Will include: Conflict of Interest, overview of projects and financials, expectations/ responsibilities  of board members
        2. Timing needs to be figured out -> conceptually all are in favor.

  • Director Report (Tony)
      1. Dave transitioned to Commercial.
      2. Meghan focusing on housing plan action areas
      3. Kim assisting with press and all areas.
      4. Need someone to fill in communications

      5. BVRI application has been submitted
      6. BRNI is due July 2.
        1. Will focus on operating, down payment assistance, home repair (partner with Rebuilding Together), and Place Making: alley gates, inner block parks, lighting on Carey Street, Bump outs in Mt Clare,
        2. Partner applications: Clay Pots, Unity Properties
        3. Will send the ranking sheet by email
  • Motion for corporate resolution to apply and accept the award (Rebecca). 2nd by Kurt. all approved.
      1. Poppleton ribbon cutting – great day – Thanks to everyone.
        1. Sublease is being worked on. 
        2. Biweekly partner meeting
        3. Still working on drainage issues
      2. Properties:
        1. 5 responses to RFPs – opportunities were emailed to developers, and advertised on our website.
        2. 1313 subdivided officially from 1317
        3. 1247 James – working on permits
        4. 1302 received the deed
        5. 1328 we have been promised a clean lien sheet without going to court.
      3. Commercial: Issuing a new application for Commercial Development support for Baltimore Street/ Hollins Market – including the Project Restore funding.
  • Annual Meeting/ Town Hall/ Open house – June 28 (Sonia)
      1. May need to adjust the date to accommodate planning and advertising well
