- Survey results: Aiming to use this to inform changes to the bylaws and policy for the future with an eye towards sustainability in the future. Waiting for 9 more responses. Will resend the link please respond. We will close it after one week and move forward with what we have.
- Orientation: Aiming for annually – Probably early November depending on the schedule of committee and board elections.
- Will include: Conflict of Interest, overview of projects and financials, expectations/ responsibilities of board members
- Timing needs to be figured out -> conceptually all are in favor.

- BRNI is due July 2.
- Will focus on operating, down payment assistance, home repair (partner with Rebuilding Together), and Place Making: alley gates, inner block parks, lighting on Carey Street, Bump outs in Mt Clare,
- Partner applications: Clay Pots, Unity Properties

- 5 responses to RFPs – opportunities were emailed to developers, and advertised on our website.
- 1313 subdivided officially from 1317
- 1247 James – working on permits
- 1302 received the deed
- 1328 we have been promised a clean lien sheet without going to court.
- Commercial: Issuing a new application for Commercial Development support for Baltimore Street/ Hollins Market – including the Project Restore funding.
